I'm a Houston REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Universal, and I help people buy and sell homes across Greater Houston — in English and in Spanish.

Before real estate, I spent eleven years working alongside real estate and personal injury attorneys, and more than five years as a tax preparer. That background means I read contracts closely — and I can walk first-time owners through questions like itemized deductions.

I know how big this decision is. For a lot of my clients it's the biggest purchase they'll ever make, and for some it's the first time doing it in this country. My job is to make every step clear: what's in the contract, what an inspection really means, what you can negotiate, and what you shouldn't worry about.
